A signed mandate sets out scope, commission, responsibilities and a clear notice period.

We work on commission from bookings. The percentage and its basis are explained in the proposal and recorded in the mandate before we begin.
No. We can take on full management or act as an additional channel. The model depends on the home and the operation already in place.
We usually coordinate local teams supplied or approved by the owner. The precise responsibilities are written down from the start.
