The house, which is built on a single ground floor, has a comfortable large living room with a fireplace and a large smart tv, and spacious dining room with a table for 14, a fireplace and a sitting area, a fully-equiped modern kitchen, a large main bedroom with its own bathroom, a big children's room with 3 beds plus 3 extra beds and its own bathroom, besides a back part (that can be closed) with 2 double bedrooms that share a bathroom, and another service bedroom with a single bed plus extra bed and its own tv and bathroom.

The house stands on a 40.000m2 private property with a well groomed garden with a fenced pool of 7,5 x 4m., a large outdoor dining area with a barbecue and a pizza oven, as well as a field with goals for playing soccer, and swings, as well as wilder areas with a stream and vast fields.

The house is at only 1,5 km. of the village of Madrigal de la Vera, which one can reach on foot or by bike over a country path. There are 6 bikes available for guests, and more can be rented nearby.

The property is located in open nature in the La Vera valley, between the Rosarito reservoir and the village of Madrigal de la Vera, with all the necessary shops and restaurants.

Around the house one can go for walks or bike rides. Next to the village there is an area with large rock pools and restaurants, while going a little further uphill, at around 15min by car, there are beautiful solitary rock pools as well as many hiking trails through the Sierra de Gredos.

There is horseback riding and kayaking in the area.

The nearby villages of Villanueva de la Vera and Valverde de la Vera have very well-preserved picturesque old towns. Near Cuacos de Yuste one can visit the Monasterio de Yuste, where Emperor Charles V spent the last yeats of his life.
