The house is located in the quiet hamlet of Ceranzos-Xove, at 100 meters from the beautiful Esteiros beach. In the area there are several hiking routes through nature. The closest town is Viveiro, at 7 km., with a pretty old center and where all services can be found, such as shops, restaurants, a train station and a regional bus station. In the surroundings there are several very beautiful wild beaches, such as Las Catedrales and San Román, as well as picturesque fishermen's villages as Barquiero, Portocelo y Celeiro. The old ceramics factories of Sargadelos, at 20 minutes from the house, are also well worth a visit, as is the Cape of Bares.
