In the surroundings there are several very beautiful wild beaches, such as Las Catedrales and San Román, as well as picturesque fishermen's villages as Barquiero, Portocelo y Celeiro. The old ceramics factories of Sargadelos, at 20 minutes from the house, are also well worth a visit, as is the Cape of Bares.
