This beautiful, traditional Andalusian manor house is located in the heart of the old town of El Puerto de Santa María, a seaside resort with a legendary marina near the cities of Cádiz and Seville, boasting beautiful fine sandy beaches.

The house has been recently renovated to an exquisite, high-quality standard, offering all the comforts necessary for a relaxing stay. The ground floor features a large living room with a TV, bar, and bright windows overlooking the street, a lovely outdoor patio with plants, two double bedrooms each with its own en-suite bathroom with shower, and a guest toilet.

Two staircases, one from the street entrance and the other from the interior (uncovered) patio, lead to the first floor. Here you'll find a huge, bright, and fully equipped kitchen with a large table and a sitting area, perfect for cooking with friends or engaging in all sorts of creative group activities. This floor also includes three more double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and one of them with a sitting area.

From the kitchen, a staircase leads up to the spacious rooftop terrace, perfect for sunbathing, enjoying a meal with views of the beautiful cathedral square, or dining under the stars.

The house is located in the heart of El Puerto de Santa María's old town, next to the cathedral and just a short walk from several restaurants and shops.

The Puerto Sherry area, with its marina and La Puntilla beach, is about 3 km from the house, while the large Valdelagrana beach is 3.5 km away.

There is a ferry from El Puerto de Santa María to Cádiz that takes about 30 minutes and departs 8 times a day.
