This stunning mountain villa by Lorenzo Castillo near Madrida consists in 2 separate houses on a large private property of around 30,000m2 with pine and oak forests.

The main house has two buildings that are connected with a glass pavilion that functions as a dining room. On the ground floor are a spacious and comfortable living room with a fireplace, an enormous master suite with a sitting area and a spectacular bathroom area with a bath tub and a shower cabin, and other lovely double bedroom with its own incorporated bathroom. A staircase leads to the first floor, which has a single space with slanted ceilings with a double bed, a sitting area with beautiful views of the Pinilla reservoir, and its own bathroom.

At around 30 m. from the main house is the guest house, with a spacious living room with mezzanine, a fully equiped kitchen with a small dining table, and a spectacular bathroom with a bath tub and a shower. The mezzanine is the bedroom, with a large double bed.

Close to the guest house are a big swimming pool of  5 x 14 m. with comfortable sun beds, and a Spanish pelota court with soccer goals and basketball baskets.

The property is at only 1,5 km. from the charming village of Lozoya, where one can find a good selection of shops and restaurants, and at 500 m. from the Pinilla reservoir, where one can rent kayaks and bikes. On the banks of the reservoir is an adventure park. And at only 8 km. there is a horse stable from where one can make rides through the surrounding nature.

The area is the perfect point of departure for exploring the Sierra de Guadarrama National Park, with several hiking trails around Lozoya itself, and other good trails leaving from nearby Rascafría, a lovely village at less than 10 km. from the house.

Rascafría is also home to the impressive Monastery de El Paular, well worth a visit. Other picturesque villages near Lozoya are Buitrago de Lozoya (20 km.), with a lovely fortification and one of the Madrid area's prettiest villages, and Pedraza (25 km.), in the Segovia province and considered one of Spain's most beautiful villages.

In winter one can enjoy cross-country skiing in the area around Navafría, at only 20 km. from the house, and down-hill skiing on the slopes of Valdesquí, at 30 km.
