The old mill has been converted into a hang-out with its own covered terrace, a living-dining room, a terrace and a swimming pool.

The vegetation of the property is made up of different varieties of fruit trees, olive trees, almond trees and fig trees, in line with the typical vegetation of the island's south.

There are several charming small Mallorcan towns in the area: Santany, Ses Salines, Colonia de St. Jordi, etc. At 6 km from the house is Baños de la Font Santa with its thermal baths of great curative value.
