On the entrance floor level it has an ample hall, a big living-room with access to the garden, an independent dining room with a dining table for 10 persons, a pleasant and fully equiped kitchen, and a guest toilet. On the first floor is the large master bedroom, with its own full bathroom, a pretty arched double bedroom with its own bathroom, and another double bedroom with its own bathroom. On the second floor is a sitting area, a double bedroom with a full bathroom, and a roof terrace with breath-taking views of the village of Valldemossa and the Sierra de Tramuntana .

The house has a private garden with a beautiful swimming pool of 4 x 2.7 m., as well as an outdoor dining table for 12 persons.

The house is located in the picturesque old town of Valldemossa, considered one of Spain's most beautiful villages. It is a quiet town all year round, even in high season, yet it has excellent shops and restaurants at only a few steps from the house. Very close-by is the famous 14th Century Cartoixa de Valldemossa cloister with its beautiful gardens, where Chopin stayed for a period with his mistress George Sand at the end of the 19th Century at a lovely home which has now been converted into a museum that can be visited.

Some of the island's most beautiful "calas" (beaches carved into the coastal cliffs) are at only 10-15 minutes by car, at a similar distance as the famous town of Deía with its splendid hotels and restaurants. The beautiful port of Soller and the city of Palma de Mallorca and its airport are within a 20 minute drive from the house.

The Sierra de Tramuntana, a mountains range declared protected World Nature Heritage by the UNESCO in which Valldemossa is nestled, is a wonderful landscape for long hikes and bicycle rides.

There are regular buses connecting Valldemossa with Palma, Deía and Soller. From the house all essentials are within walking distance.
