On the ground floor, the main house has an enormous living room with a fireplace and a dining area with a table that sits 10 persons; a charming and cosy kitchen and a guest toilet, besides an ample hallway. On the first floor are the main bedroom, with beautiful views, a sitting area with a large tv and a fireplace, and a large bathroom with a jacuzzi and a shower cabin; a double bedroom with a full bathroom, which also has a door to the hallway; and another double bedroom. The second floor is a tower with a sitting room with 2 extra beds, large windows facing the Alhambra and the Sierra Nevada, and access to a large roof terrace with breath-taking views.

The guest house has a double bedroom, a single bedroom and a bathroom on the ground floor and a sitting room on the first floor, with a double sleeping sofa. The sauna is in the guest house and has capacity for 2 persons.

In the garden there are different sitting areas, as well as a dining table for 10 or more. The car park can be used for events and parties. There is space to park 3 cars on the property.

Guests have exclusive access to the garden, the swimming pool and the sauna. The guest house can be rented separately.

The villa is located in a very quiet part of the upper Albaycin, but at the same time within few meters of one of the main Albaycin access roads by car, and a few meters away from the most lively main shopping streets and squares, with a fruit and vegetable market around the corner every morning, and all sorts of shops and restaurants within a few minute's walking distance.

The spectacular skiing slopes of the Sierra Nevada, with views of Granada and of the subtropical Mediterranean coast, is at less than an hour by car from the house, as are the beaches of Motril. There is an excellent golf course at Las Gabias, at a 20 minute drive from the house.

From the house one can walk to all of Granada's most important monuments, shops and restaurants. There is a mini-bus that runs from the center in lower Granada and stops a few meters away from the house. One can also access the house by car and park on the property.

We can offer our guests the services of a cleaning lady and cook at an additional hourly expense.

We will be delighted to organize exclusive and very authentic flamenco events, in a nearby "gypsy cave" in the Sacromonte, or in the villa's gardens.
