The house is constructed on 2 floors. On entrance level, there are: a large living room with a fireplace, tv and access to a large terrace with lovely views of the countryside; an ample and fully equipped kitchen with a dining table for 8-10; a dining-room seating 14; 2 double bedrooms each with its own bathroom; a bedroom with 2 beds and another 2 extra beds; and another independent bathroom. On the lower floor are: a large family room with a tv; 2 double bedrooms each with its own bathroom; and another double bedroom with its own bathroom, to which one has access from the patio.

In front of the house there is a large terrace with a pergola and dining tables for 14-16.

Around the house are lovely formal gardens, with impressive views of Ronda.

This country house has a stunning spring water pool (an “alberca”) of 8 x 8 m. that originally dates from the XII century and was built in Arab times. In the old days the alberca was the main source of water for the house, and it is only filled up with the most natural water coming straight from the mountains surrounding the estate. We preserve its original and ecological conditions by only adding the most natural products available. As you will see the water is tremendously fresh and invigorating. We hope you enjoy this marvellous spring water pool as much as our ancestors!

The Guadalevín river runs below the house, and its clean waters are inviting for a beautiful and refreshing swim.

The property has 2.450.000 m2 of stunning landscapes, which offer the opportunity for long hikes, bicycle tours or walks on horseback through virgin nature.

The house is situated in a virgin landscape, but at only 5 minutes from Ronda.

The immediate surroundings, including the extensive property itself, are ideal for long walks, bike rides or horse rides.

The town of Ronda, dramatically sitting on top of a cliff overlooking the surrounding hills, has a lovely old center and a great variety of interesting monuments and museums, amongst which one of Spain's most beautiful bull rings. It also has many excellent restaurants, lovely bars, etc.

The closest beaches are around Marbella (San Pedro de Alcántara, Guadalmina, etc.), a 45 minute drive over a spectacular road with breath-taking views of the Serranía de Ronda.
