The Cortijo, a lovely holiday villa with pool near Seville, is spacious, comfortable and furnished in a traditional Andalusian style. On the ground floor it has 3 sitting areas, one of which with a fireplace, a spacious dining room with the possibility of sitting 18 guests, a large and fully equiped kitchen, a guest bathroom, and a double bedroom with its own full bathroom.

On the first floor is an apartment with a hallway, 2 double bedrooms and a full bathroom; another 2 double bedrooms, one of which has its own bathroom; a large bedroom with 4 bunk beds sleeping 8 children; and another full bathroom.

The old saddle room in the barn has been converted into a family room, and has a large fireplace.

The lush and well-groomed garden has a large, fenced swimming pool of about 15x6m., as well as a covered outdoor dining area with an outdoor kitchen and barbecue, and different sitting areas with comfortable outdoor furniture. The swimming pool is in working order all year round.

The Cortijo is on a private property called Prado de Uncina, with a  surface, guaranteeing full privacy. A caretaking couple lives in a separate building, and looks after the garden and the swimming pool and is available to assist our guests when necessary.

There are several dogs living on the property that can be taken away on request.

At 15 km. from Seville, the property is on the edge of the developed greater Seville area, on the outskirts of the industrial town of Coria del Río, where the Sevillian country side begins and one can find the first open fields that lead to the Doñana National Park. There is a large supermarket with a very good selection of products at only 1,5 km. from this holiday villa with pool near Seville, on the outside of Coria del Río. There is a decent restaurant at 500 m from the house.

Close to the house there is a horse paddock where one can rent horses for beautiful rides through the surrounding country side. At 10 km. from the house in direction of Seville there is an excellent golf course at Club Zaudín.

Access to the Doñana National Park, at El Rocío, is at 50 km. from the cortijo, while the beach of Matalascañas is at 70km. and that of Punta Umbría at 90km., both within easy reach for a day's outing.

Guests can hire the property's caretakers for extra cleaning, shopping, etc. They can also order a catering service if needed.
