The house has only a ground floor, with high ceilings and luxurious detailing. There is a large living room with a fireplace and a dining area, a modern and fully equipped kitchen, a spacious master bedroom with a luxury bathroom with a yacuzzi, a double bedroom with 2 single beds and its own bathroom, and another 4 twin bedrooms plus 2 more full bathrooms with showers.

The house is surrounded by covered terraces with lovely views of the countryside, sitting areas with comfortable outdoor furniture and lounge chairs, as well as an outdoor dining table for 12. From the terrace, a path leads down to the swimming pool, which is about 14 x 4 m. in size.

The house stands on a large private property that offers complete privacy to our guests, yet is only a 10min walk to the nearest shops and restaurants.

The house stands on a large private property at only 800m from the Los Ángeles section of the white village of Jimena de la Frontera. There are supermarkets and several restaurants at less than 1 km. from the house, so that it's possible to manage without a car once at the house.

The beaches and yacht harbour of Sotogrande, with a great offer of excellent restaurants and shops, is at around 25 minutes by car, as are the several first-rate golf courses and the Sotogrande Polo Club.

In Jimena de la Frontera, at 2 km. de la casa, there is a tennis club where courts can be hired.

Tarifa and its paradisical beaches is at an hour's drive from the house.
