Exquisitely decorated traditional Basque villa. On its ground floor, it has a a double-height living room with a fireplace, a dining room for 12, a fully equipped kitchen, and two spacious double bedrooms, one of which with a mezzanine with 2 extra beds, and both with their own bathroom, and a double service bedroom with its own bathroom. On the second floor are another 2 spacious double bedrooms, each with their own bathroom, while the 6th double bedroom, also with its own bathroom, is on the third floor.

The house has a large terrace with a covered outdoor dining area with an outdoor fireplace, and different sitting areas with and comfortable garden furniture.

The enormous garden is very well kept and has gorgeous views of the Pyinenees. It has a large swimming pool of 15x5 m. that is open in summer, and a badminton court.

Sheets and towels, with a weekly change, as well as the end of the stay cleaning are included in the rental fee, as is the maintenance of the garden and swimming pool.

There are 3 bicycles available for guests.

The house is located at only 5 km. from Biarritz. The shopping area of La Négresse, with a large selection of shops and restaurants, is at only 2 km. from the house.

The closest beach is Blue Cargo, at 3 km., while the beaches of Biarritz and Bidart are at 5-6 km. from the house.

The picturesque fisherman's town of St Jean de Luz, with elegant shopping streets, is at 14 km.

In front of the house, at 100 m., there is a horse riding school, while the closest golf course is that of Arcangues, at 2 km.
