This impressive property, designed by the internationally renowned Portuguese architect Carlos Castanheira, known for the use of wood as a basic material in his buildings, is located next to the Montenmedio Golf & Country Club and at 10 min. from the beautiful white village of Vejer de la Frontera, is made up of 3 independent houses that can be rented together or separately. All 3 are designed by a well-known Portuguese architect with exquisite wood carpentry and are out of view and sound of eachother, each of the houses having its own terrace with garden furniture, barbecue and undisturbed views of the Barbate valley. The 3 houses share the large swimming pool.

The main house has 2 floors. On the ground floor there is a very large living-dining room with large sliding windows that lead to a large covered terrace with views of the Barbate valley, a fully equiped design kitchen and a guest bathroom. On the first floor are 3 double bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms.

Landscapes steps lead down to the other 2 houses, which are identical and stand on a level below the main house on the property. Each has a spacious living-dining room with open kitchen and big sliding doors leading to an ample covered terrance with views of the Barbate valley, as well as 2 comfortable-sized double bedrooms each with its own full bathroom.

The vast private garden is full of subtropical trees and flowers, and has a large swimming pool with lounge chairs.

The nearby Montenmedio Golf & Country Club has an impressive 18 hole golf course as well as a horse riding club and one of the world's best collections of outdoor contemporary sculpture. At 10 min. by car is the beautiful village of de Vejer de la Frontera, considered one of Andalucia's most authentic and picturesque white villages. It is situated on the top of a hill, overlooking the most virgin part of the Costa de la Luz with its wide Atlantic beaches of fine white sand and its fun waves and fresh breeze, which attract kitesurfers from around the world.. The best beaches in the area are at a 15 min. drive from the house.

Some of the interesting cultural sites in the area include the Roman ruins at the protected beach of Bolonia, the white town of Medina Sidonia, the fortress of Tarifa with its views of the Morrocan coast, and dreamy Cadiz with its many charming squares and cafés.
